Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before the daily cut-off time. Delivery availability may vary depending on location and demand.
All orders received before 2pm are same-day in the City and 12pm for weekends.
Absolutely. You can select your preferred delivery date during checkout to ensure your order arrives on time.
Due to high order volumes, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times.
Shipping & Delivery
All deliveries are made with authority to leave where safe. If delivery cannot be completed safely, the order may be returned and redelivery fees may apply.

All orders are dispatched and we only offer tracking for overnight orders.
Products & Quality
Our flowers are sourced fresh and typically last 5–7 days with proper care, depending on the flower type and environment.
Our arrangements are designer’s choice to ensure the highest quality and seasonal availability. Preferences can be noted at checkout.

- Change water every 1–2 days
- Trim stems regularly

Orders & Policies
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier services. We will assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible.
